Start without production data
An initial architecture review may begin without customer production data. Do not send confidential, security-sensitive, personal or customer production data in an initial unsolicited email.
A real pilot requires separately scoped, customer-specific assessment, integration and implementation work. An initial conversation is not production admission or customer acceptance.
